Across the nation, educators are helping a wider segment of the U.S. student population experience success in AP, with close to 16 percent of the public high school class of 2009 achieving at least one AP Exam score of 3 or higher. However, while more traditionally underserved students are participating in AP, work remains to ensure these students are adequately prepared for the rigors of AP and college. To find out about recent initiatives to improve access to, and performance in, college-level course work, and to see state, national and AP Program results, please visit the AP Report to the Nation website.
