Tomorrow in class we will have a constitutional
convention to create a government and economic system for a
new country that has just achieved independence,
Nucountry.
Read about Nucountry on page 11 of the booklet
and from the maps on the back of the booklet.
Learn about your interest group from the booklet.
Get together with your interest group in the lab.
Discuss the characteristics of your group and its
interests. Then, on your group's page in the booklet,
list the characteristics of your group, and your group's
main concerns that affect Nucountry.
Have someone from the group design a sign for your
group, with your name, to use tomorrow in class for the
constitutional convention.
You may want to talk to some of the other groups to see
if they will ally with you. You should pick groups
that would be your natural friends, who have at least some
similar interests.
Have three people from your group plan for three 30
second speeches tomorrow: These three 20-30 second
speeches should be written out and turned in tomorrow after
they are delivered orally. (10 points - group score.)
