BUDDY

BUDDY. The BUDDY program will take place on Wednesday, April 14. I need teams of 2 or 3 to volunteer (for extra credit!) to present the BUDDY program to Abbot and Ellis (and maybe other middle school) 8th graders. You will fill out a field trip form for either the morning (periods 1-4) or the afternoon, (periods 5-8) or perhaps both...

In the past the BUDDY program has been presented to 5th and 6th graders. Several people have suggested we target the middle school kids so this is the first time we are going to try this. I am sure 8th graders are a little tougher audience than 5th graders, but I think you can handle it!

I will equip you with a PowerPoint to use to teach the kids, and give you a few activities to use in presenting to them.
