  1. What happened in the Bolshevik Revolution in Russia in 1917?
  2. Describe the Presidency of Warren Harding.  What did he stand for?  Where did he want to take the country?  Who did he defeat when he won the Presidency and by how much?
  3. What happened at the Scopes trial of 1925?  Describe the two sides in the trial, and what the outcome was.  You should also explain what Protestant fundamentalism is.
  4. Describe the woman of the 1920s.  What was changing in culture in the US?  How was the family changing?  What new roles did women play?
  5. Describe the flight of Charles A Lindbergh who was the first to solo over the Atlantic.
