World War II Timeline  
DUE: This assignment is due on Friday, Feb. 26.  You may work with a partner, but not in groups of 3 or more....

Your assignment is to make a timeline of all the major events related to World War on these three fronts:

  1. North Africa
  2. Europe
  3. The Pacific

You may want to use construction paper or regular paper taped together in a landscape direction, so that you can show the three different timelines on the same time scale:

In the lab today you may want to use your book, and internet resources to gather the major battles and events from each of these fronts, and then work on displaying them nicely on some background.

This GRADING assignment will be based on

  1. Neatness of presentation
  2. Accuracy of presentation
  3. Quality of the overall layout and information displayed.

For events and battles listed it will bring a higher grade to have a sentence or phrase somewhere on the timeline explaining the significance of the event or what happened...
